Una experiencia gastronómica inolvidable. El Bressol es uno de esos lugares que te recuerdan por qué vale la pena salir a comer bien. El ambiente es elegante, tranquilo y acogedor, y desde el primer momento se nota el cuidado con el que hacen las cosas. El tartar de atún es, sin duda, único. Pocas veces he saboreado el producto de forma tan pura, sin añadidos innecesarios: solo el atún, una auténtica joya. El postre de manzana fue una forma espectacular de cerrar la comida. Y no puedo dejar de mencionar a José Vicente y Adrián, que hicieron que la experiencia fuera todavía mejor. Su atención, cercanía y pasión por lo que hacen marcan la diferencia y te hacen sentir como en casa. Sin duda, uno de los mejores sitios de Valencia para disfrutar de buena comida y un servicio excelente. Sin duda, un restaurante al que volveré.

Incredible fine dining seafood restaurant owned by a gentleman who welcomes you almost as a friend. He carefully explains every dish - there is no menu just a trolley of the day's fish and shellfish. The tuna tartare is mind blowing as is the vast wine list. It will, however, test your wallet.

The food was delicious. The fish was pure, the purest we have ever tasted. The waiter/owner is a very nice man. The restaurant is only very difficult when you don’t like fish. They only have fish and nothing else.

First class fish, very friendly and attentive service with an extensive knowledge of the variety and specialties to fish and seafood. The fish is the focus of the menus and this was one for a unique experience. Wonderful! We had a great culinary evening!
